Orders placed for our Custom Trunk Show Collections will take up to 12 weeks. Pre-orders placed for HK Vintage will take 6-8 weeks. HK Vintage in stock and ready to ship will take 3-5 Business Days. Any online orders for Sample Sale items should take 3-5 Business Days.

Hannah Kate can be shopped several different ways. Our main way is through our Custrom Trunk Show Collections that happen twice a year. By locating a hostess in your area you can attend a show and customize pieces for your children.

No trunk show in your area? Shop online here at our website during the Trunk Show Season. You may order items shown in our Catalog as is - no customization will be allowed.

Please download and fill out this Return Form within 10 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost both ways. Returns made due to sizing issues can only be returned for store credit minus the 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges and returns on personalized items (Appliqued & embroidered initial / initials) will not be accepted.
